1. Who provides the service

Poke Primos is operated by Aztlan Engineering, at Sabadonas 53 PA, La Concordia, Naucalpan, Edo Mex, 53126. Support, questions and complaints: Garfield support tickets; if you cannot access tickets, sales@aztlan-eng.com. Platform: customers.aztlan-eng.com. Official Discord server: Poke Primos, ID 1537592665535942709.

We provide an adults-only community, inventory information and product tracking notices through Project Garfield. These terms cover the platform and community activities we administer. Discord operates its own service under its own terms.

2. Free pilot and possible paid service

This version governs the free pilot. All server members who satisfy the age, onboarding and conduct requirements are eligible for access regardless of their roles, without needing a qualifying role. Registering, linking Discord or accepting these terms does not create charges or authorize future billing.

Paid access is planned for the future, but pricing, billing arrangements and the launch date have not been determined. Before purchasing it, you will receive its full terms and expressly decide whether to subscribe or purchase. Silence, remaining in the server or accepting this version will not convert your account into a paid subscription. If the pilot ends or changes, we will give reasonable advance notice; you may stop using it and request account closure.

3. Access requirements and checks

You must be at least 18, sign in using your email and link your own Discord account. New platform accounts created after this release is activated must separately declare adulthood and accept this version during onboarding. Existing members are invited to review this release; failure to acknowledge it alone will not remove them from the community or suspend their existing access. Silence is not recorded as acceptance. The age declaration is not documentary identity verification.

You must remain a member of the official server. While free access is enabled, no particular role is required. The Poke Primos Membership role exists to qualify members when that mode is disabled; any transition will be announced under these terms, and paid service will require a separate purchase agreement. Inventory Access is a generated marker after onboarding and never qualifies its holder by itself. Neither role grants administrative permissions.

A bot checks membership and roles approximately every 15 minutes. Leaving the server may disable access when detected. Losing Poke Primos Membership affects eligibility only when free access is disabled. Explicitly detected departure causes immediate denial, without a grace period. During a Discord outage, previously verified members may retain access for up to one hour; an outage does not qualify never-verified accounts. Administrative revocation overrides membership and any grace period. Contact support for review if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

4. Inventory, prices and notices

The catalog contains observations of third-party products, not every market offer. Stock, price, seller, variant, language, shipping and taxes may change. Check the observation time and confirm the product and final amount with the retailer before purchasing. An announced preorder may not be available to purchase.

Hot/warm/regular observation targets are approximately 5/30/60 minutes, subject to retailer access, operating budgets and technical availability. For newly added inventory, we aim to announce hot items immediately and group other items daily. These are targets, not guaranteed deadlines or promises to report every change. Stock and price tracking notices depend on the available rules for each tracked item.

A notice does not reserve a product, guarantee a price or availability, or ensure a successful purchase. Price history provides context; it does not promise savings, profitability or future value. Report inaccurate information to support for review.

5. Retailers and trademarks

You purchase from and pay the retailer or seller directly. Poke Primos does not sell or collect payment for those products as part of this service. The retailer's sales, delivery and service terms govern that purchase, without excluding Poke Primos' own legal responsibilities. Tracking a retailer does not guarantee every offer or seller.

Poke Primos is independent of Discord and the owners of the product trademarks mentioned. If a link earns us a commission, we will identify that relationship beside the link or notice before you use it.

6. Accounts and conduct

Access is personal. Protect sign-in codes; do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or resell access. Do not extract in bulk or redistribute our complete catalog without permission. This does not restrict legal rights concerning public information or third-party rights.

Views may include a watermark containing a prefix of your customer ID and the date. That prefix can be connected to you; avoid unnecessarily exposing it. A watermark does not prevent screenshots or by itself prove who disclosed an image.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, impersonation, spam and disclosure of others' private information are prohibited on Discord. Also follow specific channel rules communicated in the official server. We will not use those rules to introduce charges or reduce the rights recognized here. Report incidents in good faith; moderation decisions may be challenged through support.

7. Notifications, support and privacy

For ordinary support, account issues and access reviews, open a ticket through Garfield support tickets. This requires Cloudflare email sign-in and a customer account. Tickets remain reachable when Discord membership or terms checks deny inventory access. If you cannot sign in or access the ticket system, email sales@aztlan-eng.com. For privacy and ARCO rights, use that email directly without signing in or opening a ticket; do not send identity documents through ordinary tickets.

Service notices appear on the platform or enabled Discord channels. You may manage notifications through Discord's available settings and preferences we actually provide. Membership does not enable optional marketing or optional direct messages. Any future such feature will require a separate choice.

With your separate authorization for that ticket, messages submitted through the support form, request and customer IDs, category and timestamp are forwarded to a private staff channel in Discord. You may decline forwarding and use sales@aztlan-eng.com without losing inventory eligibility. Do not send access codes, payment details or identity documents through that form. The Comprehensive Privacy Notice explains processing and data-request channels: Privacy Notice. Accepting these terms does not replace any specific consent that may be required.

8. Restrictions, closure and continuity

We may proportionately restrict access for specific breaches, fraud or security risks. Where possible, we will explain the reason and review process; urgent measures may precede notice. We will consider explanations and correct mistaken restrictions.

You may stop participating and request account closure through a Garfield ticket or the fallback email in section 7. Closure is currently handled through support review. Leaving Discord does not automatically delete your platform account or all records. Requests to cancel personal data are governed by the privacy notice and law, not moderation discretion. Support and privacy channels remain available without inventory access.

Maintenance, delays and external-source outages may occur. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation; they also do not exclude Poke Primos' legal liability, applicable compensation or mandatory rights. They contain no blanket waiver of refunds or unlimited indemnity in our favor.

9. Changes, languages and rights

We will publish the current version and date at Terms and provide earlier versions on request at sales@aztlan-eng.com. Material changes will be announced through the platform or email before taking effect, except urgent legal or security adjustments, which we will explain as soon as possible. For this release, existing members may review the terms without mandatory acknowledgement or loss of access solely for not acknowledging. Any future request for renewed acceptance will state its scope and consequences in advance; no charges or new contractual duties apply retroactively.

The Spanish and English versions are intended to express the same terms. We will disclose and correct discrepancies without using them to diminish rights. Mexican law applies, while legally competent authorities and complaint routes remain available, including data protection and consumer protection routes where applicable. We do not require private arbitration or a waiver of access to authorities.
